This is why most cities have their own version of the internet and there are often so many computers available that you can use the internet for almost everything.
One more curse of technology is that it has taken away jobs and people in the middle of the night are trying to do their jobs that are not really necessary, like waiting tables at restaurants or doing some odd jobs around the home. This is another curse of technology and because people have so many choices that they forget to find something else to do.
